Marketing isn't complicated. People are. That's where I start.

For 20+ years I've worked with some of Scandinavia's most ambitious companies. Challenger brands, global giants, and everything in between. What they all had in common: the marketing problems that seemed complicated usually weren't. The people problems always were.

That's where I spend most of my energy. Understanding what actually drives people, not just what they say, but what they do, and why. Everything else, the strategy, the campaigns, the commercial results, tends to follow from there.

I grew up on the agency side, which means I learned early that a great brief is worth more than a big budget. Over time I moved client-side, and that combination of perspectives is probably the most useful thing I bring.
